We do not use harmful chemicals like Methanol, Diethyl Phthalates (DEP), Benzophenone, Toluene, Formaldehyde, Acetone, Styrene, Parabens (Butylparaben, Methylparaben), or Sulfates (SLS, SLES) in our perfumes.
4. Ordering & Payments

Orders can be placed via WhatsApp or through our official website (once live).

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as well as Easypaisa, JazzCash, and Bank Account Transfer as payment methods.

Customers must ensure they have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery, as couriers may not always provide change.

7 Parfums reserves the right to cancel orders if a customer refuses to accept a confirmed COD order without valid reasons.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are delivered within 2 to 5 working days after confirmation.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details—we are not liable for misdelivery due to incorrect addresses.

International shipping is not available.

5.1 Lost or Stolen Packages

7 Parfums is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the courier.

If a package is missing, the customer should contact the courier service directly.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not been shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.

Repeated COD order cancellations may result in restrictions on future purchases.
