1. Return & Exchange Policy

We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 15 days of purchase. If 15 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

1.1 Eligibility for Returns

  • The product must be unused (not more than 10% of the total quantity consumed).
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging without any damage.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or bulk orders cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Items that have been used excessively or damaged by the customer.
  • Any product not purchased directly from 7 Parfums.

2. Refund Policy

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your bank account.

2.1 Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about approval or rejection.
  • If approved, the refund will be initiated, and you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

3. Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
  • Depending on your location, the time for receiving the exchanged product may vary.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe returns.

4. Defective or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).
  • We will review your complaint and provide either a replacement or a partial refund based on the case assessment.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not been shipped.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
  • If a COD order is refused at the time of delivery without a valid reason, future orders may be restricted.

  • We reserve the right to remove misleading or offensive reviews.
